The Tranquility Center was born from a simple, profound realization in a world of constant noise and chronic stress, the human nervous system is being pushed past its limits. We dreamt of a "Third Space" a sanctuary that sits between the demands of work and the responsibilities of home. Our vision was to move away from traditional models that require more effort from the individual, such as talk therapy or physical exercise, and instead create a space where the environment does the heavy lifting. We dreamt of a sanctuary where "doing nothing" is the most productive thing you can do for your health.
